Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager - Learning & Development (L&D) - Talent
Experience: 1-3 years (Batch 2022, 2023 & 2024)
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving L&D strategies, implementing talent development programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and evaluate learning & development programs to enhance organizational capability.
- Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and career progression programs.
- Conduct training need analysis (TNA) and collaborate with stakeholders to address skill gaps.
- Manage e-learning platforms, content development, and LMS administration.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and career development programs.
- Track and report on training effectiveness and business impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external training partners/vendors to drive L&D excellence.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field from a reputed institute.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or related HR functions.
Skills:
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, LMS platforms, and HR analytics tools.
- Passion for fostering a learning culture and developing people.
