
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to assigned business units, providing strategic guidance and support to align human capital initiatives with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, onboarding, and induction to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.
Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the employee life cycle including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfers, and exit formalities with a focus on compliance and positive employee experience.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.
Workforce Planning & Optimization:
- Collaborate with business leaders to support manpower planning, resource allocation, and organizational design to meet current and future business needs.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Address employee grievances, ensure timely resolution of issues, and provide guidance in line with company policies and labor laws.
Performance & Talent Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process, identify high-potential talent, and contribute to succession planning initiatives.
Policy Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure adherence to all HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation.
HR Systems & Reporting:
- Leverage HRIS/ERP systems for accurate data management and reporting; generate insights to support decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification from a reputed institute.
- 7-12 years of relevant HRBP experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and influence outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle) is highly desirable.
