Deputy Manager - Data Analytics

Hiring for a client of ours.

We are looking for someone with:

- Minimum Experience of 4 to 7 years from tier 1 colleges.

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Knowledge of analytics tools and statistical software (e.g., Python, R) is a plus

- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, derive insights, and translate them into actionable business recommendations

- QSR/Retail operational experience and commercial acumen

- Ability to influence senior leaders both internally and externally.

- Analytical thinker who is capable of understanding root cause analysis, and applying actions to drive consistent change

- Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments

- Outstanding action driving ability, and attention to detail in managing process.

You will be responsible for :

- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources (sales, operations, etc.)

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various platforms

- Develop and manage dashboards and reports for various business functions

- Analyze customer data, sales trends, inventory levels, and operational efficiency

- Develop predictive models and analytics reports to support marketing, sales, and operations teams

- Conduct regular business performance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement

- Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to interpret data and generate actionable insights

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize menu offerings, pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to align analytics initiatives with business goals

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management, clearly communicating the impact on business goals
