Skills & experiences required-
- MBA in Marketing from a Tier 1 / 2institute
- 3-4 years of work experience in consumer insights (qualitative & quantitative) & strategic research either in a leading research firms or leading FMCG company.
- Strong Analytical and storytelling skills - able to translate data into clear actionable insights.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess interpersonal skills, problem solving skills.
- Should have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
What's in it for you?
- Responsible for both Qualitative and Quantitative Research for the various verticals in marketing NPD and Pipeline support:
- Exploratory understanding- Category and consumer needs (Qualitative and Secondary research)
- Qualitative and Quantitative - Concept and product tests (Tasting and concept evaluation), BRS launch and post launch.
Campaign Testing:
- Comms route evaluation through Focus groups, Quantitative and Qualitative testing of scripts
- Pre-launch evaluation to check gross negatives.
- Analyzing campaign performance with regular updates in the Brand track custom module and check for initiatives and competition.
Regional:
- Analyzing Quarterly Regional data and creating actionable insights using Brand Funnel, Brand Index, Imagery and Channel data.
- Analyze combos, branding options and offers.
- Update regional campaigns/initiatives and exploratory studies across markets.
Brand:
- Sharing Quarterly national data insights and analysis - Brand Funnel, Brand Index, Custom Imagery, Channels, Global Imagery- Working on 4 different dashboards.
