Job Description
Would be responsible for credit life sales in the territory across CANARA | Canfin and drive the company's credit life sales strategy through dedicated credit life officers as well as through the retail channel. The incumbent is responsible to drive the credit life business across the mortgage, education and other retail loan products within his geography. Implement key business development initiatives in the territory under purview to achieve AOP targets. Build and nurture relationships and engagement with the retail team, Regional and Circle Heads, RAH Heads and Leadership teams to support sales growth. Ensure all business expenses and employee costs are within budgets as approved and in line with business performance to maintain desired Cost Income ratios.
Duties:
- Ensure there is a proper interaction including timely communication of key matters and resolution of outstanding issues within agreed TAT
- Ensure an engagement matrix with channel including timely communication of key matters and resolution of outstanding issues within agreed TAT
- Drive daily Activity Management; ongoing Business Development Initiatives and Weekly RM reviews
- Keep self and Team updated on all new and existing products of Sales Process, Underwriting norms and Compliance guidelines.
- Create an environment of ongoing personal, team learning and development, by being a Coach and Mentor and effectively building upon individual strengths.
- Invest in Staff Training & Development with focus on leadership pipeline; achieve average of 2 days per staff.
- Provide opportunities to team members to take up additional responsibilities.
- Foster positive attitude & high levels of enthusiasm amongst all to deliver higher productivity.
- Apply people management skills in order to increase sales force effectiveness.
