About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Business Enterprises team within the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector.

- The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing business operations, driving growth initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

- This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations related to enterprise clients in the NBFC domain.

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for enterprise accounts.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, risk, collections, and legal to ensure smooth business processes.

- Manage relationships with key enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessment for business enterprise accounts.

- Prepare detailed reports, business proposals, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with NBFC regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and industry standards.

- Support the team in portfolio management, loan disbursement, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design customized financial solutions for enterprise clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

- 4-7 years of experience in NBFCs, banking, financial services, or related sectors, with exposure to business enterprise management.

- Strong understanding of NBFC operations, credit appraisal, and regulatory compliance.

- Proven experience in handling enterprise clients and managing large portfolios.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and senior management
