Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining strong relationships with channel partners such as DSA (Direct Selling Agents), brokers, dealers, and retailers to increase lead generation and loan disbursements.
- Analyse the market trend for products development and do market research.
- Planning & execution of market promotional activities according to market & business requirements.
- Liasoning with Internal teams like Credit, Legal, Operations for queries related to disbursements.
- Post-disbursement monitoring, ensure performance monitoring, maintaining portfolio quality.
- Responsible for end-to-end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
- Promote cross-selling and up-selling of the other financial products.
