Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Deputy Manager - Ad Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic ad sales initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertisement sales, business development, and digital media.

- They will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and executing effective advertising strategies to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential advertisers, agencies, and brand partners.

- Proactively pitch and sell advertising solutions across digital, print, and broadcast platforms (as applicable).

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.

- Understand client needs and develop customized advertising solutions.

- Ensure timely execution and delivery of ad campaigns, coordinating with internal teams such as content, design, and marketing.

- Handle client negotiations, contract discussions, and revenue forecasting.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI.

- Provide clients with post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future improvements.

- Develop pricing strategies and innovative sales approaches to maximize ad revenue.

- Work on cross-selling and upselling opportunities to existing clients.

- Identify emerging digital trends and opportunities in the advertising space.

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in advertisement sales, business development, or digital media sales.

- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital media, advertising technology, programmatic advertising, and online media buying.
