Deputy General Manager - US Retail Banking Operations

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy General Manager with 13+ years of experience to join our team.

- The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in MS Excel and a background in Retail banking & Cards disputes domain.

- The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations and contributing to the company's growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile/ Qualifications required:

1. Candidate needs to have experience of managing debit or credit card dispute related processes.

2. Experience of managing teams in REG E environment

3. Awareness of US Regulations in Retail Banking .

4. Hands on exp in Ops

5. Awareness of SLA metrics including Quality methodology

6. Awareness of account P&L or cost levers or Six Sigma concepts

7. Awareness of capacity & forecast planning

8. OK to work in night shifts

9. US experience is mandatory
