Title: DGM/Sr. Manager/Manager Business Development (Automotive Embedded Engineering Services).
Location: JP Nagar 8th Phase (work from office).
Exp: 2-8 years.
Budget: No constraint for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:.
- Have prior experience engaging with C-level executives (or) Inclined and comfortable working with C-level executives.
- Self-driven, target oriented, focused, drive others, take the entire team along.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the automotive embedded systems domain.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using market intelligence, cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
- Achieve monthly business targets across assigned industry segments (OEMs, Tier-1s, or R&D units).
- Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of customer pain points and aligning our solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to present credible solutions and proposals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the organization and explore new leads.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting and forecasting in CRM tools.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, technical sales, or talent acquisition within the automotive embedded systems industry.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems used in automotive applications (ECUs, AUTOSAR, diagnostics, functional safety, etc.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed defined monthly business targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and align them with client needs.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Should be willing to travel as and when required.
- Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Or can join in less than 15 days.
- Work from home: No work from home option.
- You will either be at customer location or in-office.
