Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales processes, drive revenue growth, and enhance sales team productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure sales performance, identify trends, and inform data-driven decisions.

2. Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement best practices to boost sales productivity.

3. Sales Enablement: Provide training, support, and tools to ensure the sales team is equipped to succeed.

4. CRM Management: Own and optimize our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and adoption.

5. Sales Forecasting: Work closely with sales leadership to develop and refine sales forecasts, pipeline management, and opportunity analysis.

6. Project Management: Lead special projects to drive sales growth, improve sales infrastructure, and support strategic initiatives.

7. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
