SmartBytes Technology Services is looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager (DGM) to lead our sales efforts across multiple industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong B2B sales background and deep industry knowledge to drive business growth and expand market share.


Mandatory Experience:


- Minimum 15 to 17 years of relevant experience in B2B sales

Proven expertise in one or more of the following sectors:

- Industrial Oils & Lubricants

- Power Transmission & Distribution

- Polymer

- Manufacturing

- FMCG


- Pharmaceuticals

- Industrial Process Applications


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and markets within the relevant sectors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales planning and execution.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales growth in industrial sectors.
