- The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to managing and optimizing the physical assets, spaces and customers in the building.

- Here are the key responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing a strategic plan for facilities and real estate management aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.

- This involves assessing current and future space needs, analysing market trends, and formulating long-term plans for optimizing the organization's real estate portfolio.

- Transition Management: Smooth handover form project.

- Design submittals (floor plan layout, MEP drawings, DBR, TDS, etc.

- Collection of relevant compliance/ AMC/ warranty documents.

- Ensuring proper installation, testing commissioning of all MEP equipment's, Fire Alarm system, Access system,CCTV, BMS etc.

- Utilities like Chiller plants, Transformers, AHUs, Compressors, Generator, CoolingTowers, Pumps, HVAC, STP, etc.

- Review SOP/ Check-sheets of equipment / services prepared by Property Management team.

- Snagging and DeSnagging - Facilities Management: Managing the day-to-day operations of facilities, including office buildings,and other physical assets.

- This includes overseeing maintenance, repairs, renovations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

- Facilities management also involves managing service contracts, vendor relationships, and budgeting for facility-related expenses.
