Deputy General Manager - Production - Auto OEM/Auto Ancillary/Tyre/Electrical Equipment - IIT/NIT/BITS

The incumbent must be B.Tech (Mech./Elec./Chem./Metallurgical) from Premiere Institute with 16-22 years experience in Production from reputed

Auto OEM/ Auto ancillary/ Tyre / Electrical equipment companies.

Working knowledge of SAP mandatory.

Purpose of the role :

Product & process control to meet internal & external customer requirement qualitatively as well as quantitatively as per planning.

KRA :

- Daily & Weekly Review & daily monitoring of process & system parameters

- Daily & Weekly monitoring of wastage & plugging of source of generation with weekly review

- Analysis of work processes and targets for improvement

- Installation of training and Development schemes and objective target oriented assessments with weekly review

- Daily & Weekly monitoring of in-house rejections with daily & weekly review.

- Daily & Weekly review for planning, producing & controlling the inventory

- Monitoring of service requests, customer complaints on a monthly basis

- Supply chain management

Job Location : Must be open to relocate anywhere in Maharastra.
