Deputy General Manager - MEP

A leading real estate developer in India is hiring!

We're looking for a Mechanical MEP expert to lead end-to-end MEP design projects in North India. This is a senior role requiring a strong foundation in mechanical design, deep technical knowledge, and hands-on project experience-particularly in residential or commercial developments.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and manage all stages of MEP design

- Oversee execution, resolve on-site issues, and guide project teams

- Ensure compliance with National Building Code, MEP standards, and best practices

- Work closely on billing, BOQs, and material specifications

- Collaborate across teams to deliver quality, timely results

What We're Looking For:

- Mechanical Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) - Mandatory

- 17-20 years of experience in MEP (Design + Execution)

- Minimum 2 years in residential projects

- Strong grip on HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, Electrical systems

- Tech-savvy with exposure to modern MEP tools

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
