
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the IT & ERP function for the organization to support business growth and strategic priorities
- Drive projects related to ERP implementation, upgradation and Maintenance including blueprinting, gap analysis, customization, go-live, post-live production support, user training and documentation.
- Propose hardware, software and digital solutions to accomplish the company's business objectives, along with data requirements and departmental workflows/ processes.
- Develop a clear roadmap for digital transformation in conjunction with all stakeholders. Take responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of IT, ERP and digitization related activities at all company locations.
- Develop and implement relevant IT policies focused on business performance, risk management and driving cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and select new IT projects and applications in alignment with business needs in the field of Business Intelligence, Process Automation, Data Analysis, use of AI, website development etc.
- Ensure adequate support and training on ERP, IT systems and applications to business users to drive achievement of business benefits
- Ensure security of company IT infrastructure, systems, data and digital assets and implementation of disaster recovery system.
- Guide the team in rolling out and driving the change management process for the IT Initiatives and systems as well as providing post implementation support.
- Take responsibility to maintain IT infrastructure, network and assets across business locations.
- Plan and manage procurement of IT assets in line with company policy and budget.
KEY CHALLENGES:
1. Having ERP system/s with maximum business function coverage and configurability.
2. Managing multiple software and data systems (data integration / redundancy / user mgmt. etc)
3. Rapid changes and developments in IT technologies
4. Change management w.r.t. SOP, Business Rules and IT systems
IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE:
1. Experience in construction/real estate industry
2. Track record of having executed ERP projects in construction sector and adherence to timelines/deadlines is necessary
3. Excellent knowledge of business and digital applications including design, implementation, operation and integration.
4. General knowledge of business processes and their interrelationships
