- Lead all HR activities across the company's manufacturing plant
- Act as the primary point of escalation for all plant-level HR concerns, including employee relations, labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and safety guidelines across units.
- Spearhead initiatives related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and training & development at plant locations.
- Partner with operations and business leadership at each plant to align workforce strategies with production and business needs.
- Manage union relationships and lead collective bargaining and negotiations where applicable.
- Support the design and roll-out of employee engagement, productivity improvement, and culture-building initiatives across organisation
- Oversee audits, risk assessments, and ensure readiness for inspections and external evaluations.
- Lead change management efforts for HR-related transformations and technology implementations at the plant level.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Natives of Kerala preferred.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 10-20 years of overall HR experience, with proven managerial experience at strategic level and factory level.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, factory regulations, and unionized work environments.
- Strong stakeholder management - with unit heads, corporate leadership, and external partners.
- High level of integrity and emotional intelligence.
