Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to head HRBP for one of our key business units, overseeing both corporate and plant HR operations. This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise in employee relations, stakeholder management, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR strategy and execution across corporate and plant locations

- Act as a trusted advisor to business heads and senior leadership

- Drive employee engagement, grievance resolution, and workforce planning

- Partner with operations to align HR initiatives with business goals

- Ensure compliance, process efficiency, and cultural alignment

Ideal Profile

- 1218 years of HRBP experience, preferably in Food manufacturing or FMCG

- Proven track record in handling multi-location HR operations

- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to influence and collaborate across levels

- Exposure to statutory compliance and HR audits
