
- As the HR & IR, you will lead all HR and industrial relations activities. You will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, and fostering a positive working environment.
- Your role is crucial in maintaining workforce efficiency and addressing any industrial issues promptly
Responsibilites:
- Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Oversee employee relations and resolve any conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and plant policies.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and execute engagement and retention strategies.
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievances in a fair manner.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning and resource allocation.
- Drive initiatives to improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction.
- Industrial Relations - having dealt effectively with multiple unions, signed long term agreements, handled strikes, lockouts, etc.,

Should have passed Masters in Social Work /MBA-HR/Masters in HRM in regular mode from a reputed institute
Must have - Telugu Language
