Work Experience (Years):
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Auto GCC (Global Capability Center) industry is mandatory. Experience in the IT/Tech will be an added advantage.
- Graduation: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. B.E/B.Tech is preferred.
- Post Graduation: MBA in Human Resources Management from a tier-1 premier institute.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
- Lead organizational development efforts to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Implement and manage HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive and people-centric work environment.
