Experience : 14+ years of experience in FP&A Role
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work on monthly / quarterly reporting to the Management.
- Support business with analysis of business performance.
- Work on providing inputs to business that could aid decision making by the Management.
- Work on improvement of existing processes to help generate better quality reports.
- Drawing annual business plans and measuring actual performance vs. Business Plan on a quarterly basis.
- Work on various cost optimization issues.
- Continuously work on improvement of finance and operational processes.
- Use automation to create efficiencies in all forms of reporting.
- Design new reports that could help better analysis and add value.
- Devise key metrics for performance measurement and reporting / Compare with market expectations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
- Good at work management and multi-tasking.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power point) with expertise in preparing reports.
