Our client is a new-age real estate development and advisory firm that offers a holistic, 360 approach to real estate, delivering landmark residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across key urban cities such as Mumbai and Pune.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced DGM Finance to lead financial operations and support strategic decision-making within a dynamic real estate environment.

Reporting: CFO & MD.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimisation initiatives.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

Essential Experience Please Read Before Applying:

- Real estate background is mandatory candidates must have worked with a real estate company (commercial, residential, retail, or warehousing).

- Applications without real estate sector experience will not be considered.

- Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance with 10-15 years of relevant experience.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
