Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Initiatives
Strategic Planning:
- Provide support in executing strategies to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on key strategic initiatives and projects identified by the Promoter Group.
- Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, expansion opportunities, and potential targets that support the company's growth agenda.
M&A Execution:
- Provide support in preparing presentations, managing the due diligence process, conducting financial analysis, and assess potential risks and opportunities for value creation.
Financial Modeling & Presentation:
- Build and analyze financial models for existing and future projects, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare consolidated financial performance reports and MIS for senior management and the Promoter Group.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvements across the company and Group entities, ensuring greater efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. Team Facilitation & Culture Building:
- Conduct regular meetings to review strategic progress, align key initiatives, and track the status of ongoing projects.
- Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
Liaison and Relationship Management:
- Function as the main point of contact between the Promoter Group and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships.
- Facilitate communication between departments, business partners, and clients to support smooth operations.
Strategic Planning & Meeting Facilitation:
- Schedule and prioritize business appointments & meetings for the Promoter Group, ensuring optimal time management.
- Oversee the coordination of all aspects of business trip arrangements end to end for the Business.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the Promoter Group.
- Address emails for the Promoters, following the guidelines provided and managing routine correspondence, including emails and phone calls, while representing the Promoter Group when required.
- Projects Closure Success Rate: Number and quality of successful M&A projects and business initiatives.
- Strategic Implementation: Timeliness and effectiveness of executing strategic plans.
- Market Impact: Improvement in market share and competitive positioning post M&A.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Metrics for stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance standards and compliance across all activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive strategic and financial information.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, and innovation within the organization.
