Deputy General Manager - Direct Taxation

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Tax Professional with extensive experience in direct taxation, TDS management, financial audits, and cross-border compliance across India, the Middle East, and Africa. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape tax strategies in a dynamic, global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement tax strategies in compliance with regional regulations.

- Ensure adherence to income tax, TDS, transfer pricing, BEPS, and international treaty requirements.

- Oversee statutory audits, reporting, and cross-border taxation matters.

- Optimize tax structures and ensure timely payments and filings.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of tax professionals.

- Collaborate effectively with finance, legal, and operations teams across multiple geographies.

What We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) with 12+ years of direct taxation experience.

- Proven experience managing taxation across India, the Middle East, and Africa.

- Deep expertise in TDS, income tax, transfer pricing, BEPS, and international tax treaties.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated integrity, ethical practices, and commitment to compliance.
