Deputy General Manager - Data Scientist - Diversity Role

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

1. Lead advanced machine learning and trend analysis initiatives to drive strategic business insights and product improvements.

2. Oversee data visualization and interactive analytics projects using tools such as Power BI, ensuring actionable intelligence for decision-makers.

3. Direct web scraping and data acquisition programs using Python to capture, clean, and analyse market sentiment and competitive intelligence.

4. Guide the design, optimization, and customization of Python packages for data processing and modeling.

5. Lead end-to-end modeling, simulation, and programming efforts to support predictive and prescriptive analytics for EV systems.

6. Provide expert leadership in regression analysis, deep learning, and artificial neural network modeling for product performance forecasting.

7. Mentor teams in MATLAB and Python programming, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

8. Leverage deep understanding of EV vehicle architecture and functionality to support innovation and system integration.

9. Drive EV customer analytics programs, integrating market feedback and usage data into product enhancement roadmaps.

10. Oversee data modeling, segmentation, and automation strategies to improve customer engagement and lifecycle management.

11. Lead predictive analytics and prognostics initiatives for EV systems and powertrain components to enhance reliability and reduce downtime.
