Deputy General Manager - Business Development (Key Accounts) Benefits Portfolio

- Seeking a Business Development leader for Key Accounts specifically to improve the client's market position within the healthcare industry and achieve financial growth.
- The ideal candidate should understand the trends of the insurance and benefits industry with a broking background and must be proficient in managing key accounts within the IT/ITes/ BFSI / Shared services industry.
- With a substantial presence in India, the company is recognized for its commitment to advancing healthcare through innovation and dedication to the well-being of the community.
- The role is based in Noida and will report directly into CBO of the business, as an individual contributor to start with.
- Handle key accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and help build deeper wallet share with these clients
- Work with team to develop proposals that address client's needs, concerns, and objectives
- Proactively lead development of business intelligence for the Key Accounts business, attend industry events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market, benefits budgets and creative trends
- Present to and consult with senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services through vendors and distribution channels
- Activate and optimise both internal and external relationships with vendors, distributors and customers
- Drive all important KPI's, operational cadence and forecast sales targets by measuring and tracking all critical KPI's
- Work closely with cross functional teams like Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Business Heads etc. to execute the growing business opportunities
- A strong understanding of the Benefits and well being portfolio for the said industries
- Candidates from insurance broking background or Insurance background with sales experience in benefits or well being portfolio will be highly preferred
- The ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines
- Strong ability to work in a fast paced and agile environment Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Superior presentation, communication and collaboration skills.
- Should be passionate about healthcare as a service offering and to drive important growth in the said domain
