- Market Research: Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.

- Advertising & Marketing: Oversee the execution of ongoing marketing and advertising activities, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.

- Product Distribution: Monitor product distribution channels and consumer reactions to ensure brand consistency and product performance in the market.

- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive brand growth, expanding market share and consumer loyalty.

- Omnichannel Initiatives: Lead the ideation and execution of omnichannel strategies to create compelling customer propositions, aligned with category ambition and brand direction.

- Cross-functional Alignment: Align internal teams and stakeholders around the brand's strategic direction, ensuring unified tactics and consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

- Proven Brand Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies, with a track record of success in FMCG, particularly within the cosmetics industry.

- Campaign Development: Demonstrated ability to identify target audiences and create effective, results-driven campaigns that resonate with consumers.

- Marketing Mix Mastery: Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital, social media, content, and traditional advertising channels.

- Analytical & Creative: Strong analytical skills paired with creative problem-solving abilities to drive innovative campaigns.

- Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in data analysis and utilizing metrics to inform decisions, ensuring marketing activities are aligned with business goals.
