DENTSU - Senior Analyst - Business Intelligence

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the delivery and implementation of business intelligence reporting solutions that meet stakeholder requirements.

- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of database systems, data management concepts, and data governance principles.

- Develop complex worksheets and interactive dashboards using Tableau (or similar BI tools) to effectively communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making.

- Manage user administration, user groups, and scheduled report instances within Tableau to ensure seamless report distribution and access control.

- Communicate complex data and BI concepts clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders at various levels, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and IT to support BI initiatives and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Continuously enhance reporting processes and support the adoption of BI best practices within the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- Proven experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

- Basic to intermediate understanding of databases, SQL, and data management principles.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in marketing technology or digital analytics will be an advantage.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
