The Role:

Key responsibilities:

- Responsible for the operational success of accounts, ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget.
- Owns and manages the client strategy and plans key campaign efficiencies.
- Manages all day-to-day efforts and is the primary day-to-day SME voice to the client.
- Plans accounts and growth opportunities, working closely with the Account Directors.
- Builds strong relationships across Client Services and other channel teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and bid management tools.
- Experience developing and executing high-performance paid media strategies.
- Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Data Studio, Looker).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with eCommerce or performance-driven clients.
- Understanding of SEO, social media, and display advertising as part of an integrated media plan.
