We are looking for an experienced MarTech Strategy Lead to oversee and optimize the marketing technology and analytics ecosystem for our automotive client. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, hands-on MarTech expertise, and data science capabilities, with a strong understanding of the automotive industry's marketing challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Drive the MarTech strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify optimization and innovation opportunities within the MarTech stack.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on MarTech trends and provide thought leadership.
- Technical & Analytics Oversight
- Manage and optimize the complete MarTech stack, including:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Salesforce CRM (SFDC)
Customer Data Platform (CDP):
- SEO Operations & Website Management
- Marketing Information Systems (MIS)
- Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of all platforms.
- Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and analytics implementation.
Team Leadership & Client Management:
- Lead a 12-person technical team, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and strategic initiatives.
Analytics & Data Science:
- Lead predictive modeling for customer behavior, campaign performance, and ROI optimization.
- Develop and maintain analytics frameworks for marketing impact measurement.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create dashboards for real-time monitoring of key metrics.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Develop and own the monthly business report, consolidating all MarTech activities.
- Track KPIs and project outcomes to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for course corrections.
- Ensure deliverables align with client expectations and business goals.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years of experience in MarTech and analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its marketing challenges.
- Proven expertise with enterprise MarTech platforms (SFMC, SFDC, CDP).
- Advanced analytics and data science experience, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and BI platforms.
- Experience with Python/R, SQL, and marketing operations at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Track record of driving operational efficiency and process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Data Science.
- Certifications in relevant MarTech platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience in consulting or agency environments.
- Background in digital transformation initiatives.
