- Design and implement sampling and quota strategies aligned with project requirements.

- Develop detailed deployment plans for efficient data collection across various channels and geographies.

- Monitor fieldwork progress in real-time, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

- Proactively identify and resolve field-related issues to minimize disruptions.

- Liaise with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.

- Ensure compliance with research protocols, ethical guidelines, and client specifications.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to field activities and deliverables.

- Support client meetings and presentations by providing field insights and updates.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 4-7 years of experience in market research with a strong focus on data collection and field management.

- Expertise in sample design, quota setting, and deployment planning.

- Proven ability to monitor and manage large-scale field operations effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address field challenges swiftly and efficiently.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Familiarity with market research software/tools and platforms used for data collection and field tracking.
