Requirements & qualifications:

- Bachlers' Degree in Law or equivalent.

- Relationship-oriented with excellent communication skills.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.

8 to 9 years.

Reports to

Senior Legal Counsel.

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to

- Help deliver, manage and support legal work required by the Company and to provide inhouse support for the legal functions of the Company.

- Assist the Company to meet its short-term and long-term business objectives within the overall strategy framework.

Key Accountabilities

- Provide legal advice to stakeholders at various levels of the organization on relevant subject to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and protection of Companys commercial interest.

- Drafts, negotiates, and advises commercial agreements (international and domestic) as per the business requirements.

- To understand from business and operating team and formalize their understanding with clients, vendors etc.

- such as RFPs, work orders, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs etc.

- Have a repository and data base of all signed contracts that the Company has and ensure that contracts are signed by appropriate authorities in the Company.

- To provide insight on various Laws applicable to the Company including GDPR, US Laws including CCPA, Indian data protection laws (DPDPA), Laws pertaining to Employee Contracts etc.

- Assists in developing and delivering training and legal risk management initiatives to senior management in managing legal risks (e.

- business training, legal updates, etc.

- Helps to implement best-practices in compliance, contracts management, intellectual property, data protection, IT, Litigation and/or M&A.

Technical Skills

- MS Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel).

- Ready to learn new software / tools.

- Document Management System.
