Job Description:
- Apply effective requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions.
- Manage and execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Use JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and issue resolution.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of :10 members, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
