Account Manager - Web Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Delivery:
- Oversee project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely completion
- Anticipate project risks and constraints and implement proactive solutions
Team Leadership & Mentoring:
- Manage, guide, and mentor junior analysts; support their technical growth and career development
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Act as the key point of contact between internal teams and client teams
- Manage day-to-day client communications and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of client-facing deliverables
Data & Analysis Support:
- Guide data aggregation, preparation, and analysis in support of assessments, roadmaps, and solution execution
- Review and validate insights to ensure business relevance and accuracy
Process Improvement:
- Improve internal tools, templates, and processes for better team efficiency and quality of work
- Provide training to team members on updated tools and methodologies
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, client servicing, or delivery leadership roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to guide and review data-driven assessments
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and reporting platforms
