Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Demand Campaign Manager with a master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in demand generation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
- This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of the marketing technology stack, and the ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, and product teams. You will be instrumental in developing our inbound and outbound marketing strategies, managing campaign budgets, and reporting on key performance metrics to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement end-to-end demand generation campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, paid advertising (SEM, social media), content syndication, and webinars. Ensure all campaigns are aligned with business objectives and target audience profiles.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to achieve optimal return on investment (ROI). Monitor spending and adjust strategies based on real-time performance data.
- Marketing Technology: Oversee and leverage our marketing technology stack, including our marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as lead volume, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and pipeline impact. Use A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales and content teams to define marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs), ensuring a seamless handoff process. Work with the content team to ensure campaign assets are relevant and compelling.
- Reporting: Present regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to the marketing leadership team and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience in a demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Technical Skills: Proven proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate - insights into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate campaign results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms.
- Certifications in relevant platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or technology industry.
