Experience: 15 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution

- Manage P&L and drive 1015% YoY portfolio growth

- Establish strong governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and delivery best practices

- Drive innovation, operational excellence, and service improvements

- Manage client relationships and ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction

- Oversee a delivery team of 60100 associates, focusing on mentoring and performance

- Track project KPIs, ensure financial control, and optimize the cost of delivery

Qualifications & Skills:

- 15+ years of delivery/project management experience

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Proven experience in Agile/Waterfall methodologies

- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are preferred
