Required Technical Skill Set:
- Have strong technical and functional background and understanding of banking products Implementation.
- Implements process improvement initiatives and improves customer satisfaction.
- Manages Cost and Budgets.
- Capable to handle multiple releases in large programs.
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):
Must-Have:
- Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies.
- Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding.
- Good analytical abilities.
- Good Communication skills.
- Awesome team management skills.
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:
- Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to Customer facing roles or Prospect interactions is added advantage.
- Prepare and tracks release management covering scope , design , delivery and testing tracks.
- Conducts daily scums to identify dependencies, progress and work distribution.
- Review and revise dynamic daily task as needed to ensure no impact to customer deliverable without impacting the quality.
- Encourage teams to increase productivity!.
- Build a culture which avoids rework and doing things right in first attempt.
- Alignment TCS delivery process.
- Right escalation in the case of identified risk.
