Role Overview:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery and optimization of automation programs, including Intelligent Automation, Workflow Optimization, and emerging technologies like GenAI.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project/program delivery within automation and digital transformation domains, with the ability to drive value through operational excellence and strategic alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program & Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex automation programs across global locations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Automation Expertise: Implement and optimize Intelligent Automation and GenAI-based solutions to drive efficiency, accuracy, and process transformation.

- Stakeholder Management: Engage with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies, tools, and governance.

- Agile & Governance: Champion Agile delivery practices; ensure compliance with governance frameworks and global delivery standards.

- Data-Driven Decision Making: Provide actionable insights and dashboards to stakeholders through streamlined reporting mechanisms.

- Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among technical, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of automation initiatives.

- People & Change Management: Lead change management and ensure user adoption across the lifecycle of automation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in project/program delivery, with a strong focus on automation technologies.

- Proven expertise in Intelligent Automation (RPA, OCR, AI/ML tools) and exposure to GenAI solutions.

- Experience in process assessment, automation governance, and solution deployment at scale.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Agile certifications preferred.

- Strong knowledge of global delivery models and enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across levels and geographies.

- High adaptability and problem-solving skills to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes in a dynamic environment.
