Delivery Head - Interior Fit Out & Design Build

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Head with extensive experience in interior fit-out and design & build projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, overseeing multi-crore P&L, and leading high-performing teams to deliver excellence from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the delivery of large-scale interior fit-out projects across multiple locations.

- Oversee project lifecycle from concept, design, execution, to final handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

- Manage business units with at least 1000 Cr P&L responsibility.

- Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation plans.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and operational efficiency.

- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

- Travel extensively to supervise projects and ensure consistent execution standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 20 years of experience in interior fit-out.

- At least 10 years in Core Design & Build (D&B) companies.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects (commercial/workspace; residential, malls, bridges, etc., are not applicable).

- Strong understanding of design & build project lifecycles and execution strategies.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in companies like Zyeta, ANJ, Spacematrix, SKV India, Cherry Hill Interiors, RSP, or similar D&B workspace solution firms is highly preferred.
