This role requires expertise in Microsoft technologies, analytics, and cloud architecture, along with strong leadership in insurance technology modernization

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Delivery Head with a strong background in Insurance Property & Casualty (P&C) domain to lead global delivery engagements. The ideal candidate should have transitioned from a technical product development background to a functional leadership role and is now adept at managing P&L, large-scale teams, and complex delivery programs for global insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery for large P&C insurance programs and projects across global geographies.

- Drive client satisfaction through delivery excellence, ensuring SLAs, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.

- Own and manage P&L for the delivery unit; drive profitability, efficiency, and growth within the account(s).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development, QA, support) to ensure smooth execution of delivery commitments.

- Partner with clients (insurance carriers, MGAs, TPAs) to understand business needs and offer delivery strategies that align with their objectives.

- Ensure consistent delivery across teams, maintaining a strong governance and escalation framework.

- Drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within delivery processes.

- Develop talent and manage large, distributed teams across geographies with a focus on skill-building, motivation, and retention.

- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in the P&C insurance domain, particularly around policy admin, claims, billing, and underwriting systems.

- Support business development teams in pre-sales efforts including solutioning, scoping, and client presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 18-22 years of total experience in IT, with significant experience in the Insurance (P&C) domain.

- Must have evolved from a strong technical/product development background into a delivery and functional leadership role.

- Proven experience in managing large delivery teams (200+) and handling multi-million-dollar accounts.

- Strong expertise in insurance product/platform delivery (policy, claims, billing, underwriting).

- Experience in managing global clients, preferably from the US, UK, or APAC insurance markets.

- Hands-on experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies and enterprise-grade delivery models.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Strong understanding of technology trends in the insurance domain including digital transformation, cloud, and data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering / Technology / Business or related field.

- Certifications in insurance (like AINS, CPCU) or PMP / SAFe Agile (optional but preferred).
