Delivery Head - Digital Procurement - SaaS Product

Job Description:

- The Head of Delivery is responsible for leading the implementation and managed services (AMS) functions for SaaS-based products (such as coupa,GEP,Ivalua etc), ensuring successful project execution, high client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

- This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to service delivery, resource management, team and practice development.

- Oversee end-to-end implementation of SaaS solutions, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to scope.

- Establish governance frameworks, methodologies, re-usable assets, templates, KPIs for project execution, risk management, and issue resolution.

- Act as the primary escalation point for project challenges and client concerns
