Delivery Head - Design & Build Workspace Solutions - Constructure

Candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in project execution and delivery within the Core Design & Build (D&B) industry only.

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and business units with at least 1000 Cr. P&L responsibility.

Strong understanding of design & build project lifecycles, from concept to handover

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to travel extensively to oversee projects across different regions.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively

Candidates from companies like - Zyeta, ANJ, Spacematrix, SKV India, Cherry Hill Interiors, RSP, and similar companies which provides Design and Build workspace solutions are only applicable for this role. It will be a 5.5 days working (Alternate Saturdays off)

Key Responsibilities:

P&L Ownership:

- Lead the P&L for the Design & Build business across all regions in India.

- Drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability by ensuring projects are delivered on time,

within budget, and at the highest quality.

- Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency, resource utilization, and cost management.

Project Delivery:

- Oversee the end-to-end execution of all Design & Build projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

- Monitor project progress, resolve escalations, and implement best practices in project management.

- Establish robust delivery processes, standard operating procedures, and continuous

improvement mechanisms.

Business Development Support:

- Collaborate with the business development team to support client acquisition and project proposals.

- Participate in key client meetings to ensure delivery capability is effectively communicated and aligned with client expectations.

Team Leadership:

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of regional delivery heads, project managers, engineers, and support staff.

- Foster a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration across all project teams.

Stakeholder Management:

- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

- Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, commercial, and other internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Risk & Compliance:

- Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, statutory, and regulatory requirements.

- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans proactively.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

- Minimum 20 years of experience in project execution and delivery within the interior fit-out,

construction, or design & build industry.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and business units with P&L responsibility.

- Strong understanding of design & build project lifecycles, from concept to handover.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to travel extensively to oversee projects across different regions.
