Delict Technology - SAP FICO Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support ongoing operations in an S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and be adept at resolving production issues, performing configuration changes, and working with business users on daily support tickets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, etc.).

- Analyze and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests in the S/4HANA system.

- Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes based on business requirements.

- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS) for custom developments or performance tuning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP) to resolve integrated process issues.

- Ensure timely communication and documentation of changes or resolutions.

- Prepare functional specification documents for changes and enhancements.

- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

- Perform system testing, validation, and support UAT with users.

- Adhere to ITIL support process frameworks (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

- 4+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 1-2 years in S/4HANA support.

- Strong knowledge in core FICO components: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders.

- Hands-on experience in S/4HANA environment (Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, FIORI apps).

- Good understanding of integration points with SD, MM, PP, and other modules.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Effective communication skills and ability to interact with business users.

- Experience in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, or Solution Manager).
