SAGE 500 ERP Business Analyst
Job Description:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAGE 500.
Process Mapping & Workflow Design:
- Document existing processes and design optimized workflows within the SAGE 500 environment.
Solution Design & Implementation:
- Develop tailored solutions using SAGE 500 modules, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
Testing & Training:
- Conduct thorough testing of SAGE 500 configurations and provide training to end-users.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions within the SAGE 500 system.
Documentation & Communication:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAGE 500 configurations, processes, and solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements within SAGE 500.
Project Management:
- Assist in managing SAGE 500 implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Integration:
- Manage integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Upgrade & Maintenance:
- Assist with SAGE 500 upgrades and system maintenance, ensuring stability and performance.
