
Purpose of the Job:
The HRBP Sales needs to work with stakeholders to deliver end to end HR activities for the organization and manage the complete Employee Life Cycle of Sales Team (North & East).
Expected Key Results:
Drive Effectiveness & Efficiency: The HRBP shall work and partner with the business to develop, implement and drive results increasing organizational effectiveness and efficiency for sales workforce.
Drive Improvement & Linkages: The HRBP needs to work on:
a) Increasing workforce capability,
b) improving organizational design & structure,
c) contribute in strategic staffing & recruitments
d) supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
Drive Coaching: HRBP needs to provide coaching, build better capabilities and address & resolve employee grievances
Drive Training: HRBP needs to participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Review Company Policies: Review the company policies, processes, rewards and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement the best practices.
Drive Employee Engagement and R&R: Drive and lead the agenda on employee engagement and Rewards & Recognitions
Manage Employee Life Cycle: HRBP will be responsible for the end-to-end life cycle management, performance management, budget etc.
Drive Day-to-Day HR agendas: HRBP needs to provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Contribute to Hiring & Recruitment:
a) Contribute to hiring lifecycle process i.e. from Sourcing to onboarding for critical roles.
b) Manage employee onboarding.
