Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional who will act as a strategic partner to the business while leading end-to-end recruitment activities. This dual role involves aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, talent management, and ensuring effective hiring to support organizational growth.
HR Business Partnering
- Work closely with business leaders to understand talent requirements and provide HR solutions.
- Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and feedback mechanisms.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year & annual reviews.
- Implement HR policies, processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Conduct campus drives and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and present dashboards to leadership.
