
Ideal Candidate - Analytics Consultant
1. Proven track record of working end-to-end with FMCG, CPG, or Retail clients, with strong understanding of business models, challenges, and key performance drivers in these industries.
2. Demonstrated experience in both strategy consulting and advanced analytics projects, with the ability to connect data-driven insights to business strategy and influence client decision-making.
3. Strong domain knowledge in Pricing Analytics (price-pack architecture, elasticity modeling, revenue growth management) and Promotion Analytics (ROI measurement, trade spend effectiveness, promotional optimization), along with exposure to other advanced analytics use cases driving growth and profitability.
4. Excellent ability to engage with senior stakeholders, manage client relationships, lead discussions, and translate complex business requirements into clear analytical solutions.
5. Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in strategy, analytics, and consulting domains, with exposure to team leadership, project management, and mentoring junior consultants.
