Job Title : Sales & Marketing Manager Hyderabad (South Region)

Position Overview:


We are looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing Manager to lead Decbectochems product sales in the Hyderabad & South region. He must have experienced in Isolators, Blending/Mixing, pharmaceutical process equipment, include granulation, coating, liquid and ointment manufacturing equipment, as we also supply chemical, food and cosmetic industries with a range of process machinery; In this role, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a high-performing team. You will be accountable for meeting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.


Key Accountabilities:


1. Marketing Management


- Oversee all marketing activities for assigned product groups.


- Identify new product opportunities and applications.


2. Sales & Revenue


- Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.


- Ensure spares sales grow by at least 20% each quarter.


- Manage pricing proposals to secure a minimum 30% gross profit.


3. Customer & Market Development


- Develop at least 15 new customers annually.


- Introduce 3 new machine applications and drive 5 product upgrades per year.


- Expand overall market share and drive geographic growth.


4. Payments & Commercials


- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.


- Resolve commercial issues promptly to prevent project delays.


5. Team Building & Leadership


- Recruit, train, and mentor a capable sales and marketing team.


- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Primary Responsibilities:


Area Activities & Targets:


- Project Handover Coordinate with Project Management Office for prompt transitions.


- Time Management Maintain 70% field work and 30% office work balance.


- Competitive Intelligence Track competitor rates, technical specs, and market positioning; update strategies accordingly.


- CRM & Reporting Review CRM reports weekly; ensure accurate filing of contacts, job files, and commercial documents.


- Customer Engagement Conduct regular site visits; address customer concerns promptly; keep clients informed on job status.


- Marketing Collateral Keep presentations, catalogues, specifications, drawings, and literature up to date and accessible.


- Digital Presence Improve website content; oversee search engine registration and simplification.


- Budget & Exhibitions Plan and manage annual exhibition budgets to maximize ROI.


- Knowledge & Innovation Stay updated on global innovations, regulatory requirements, and liaise with process/design experts.


Qualifications & Experience:


Education : BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.


Experience : 07-12 years in sales & marketing within industrial machinery or process equipment.
