- Drive academic excellence through curriculum design, research initiatives, and pedagogical innovation

- Foster industry partnerships, consultancy engagements, and executive education programs

Desired Profile:

- Ph.D. in Business Management from a globally reputed institution

- Proven track record in academic leadership roles (Dean, Program Director, HoD)

- Experience in curriculum development, academic governance, and faculty mentorship

- Strong background in management research, consultancy, and executive training

- Demonstrated ability to build strategic alliances with industry, government, and peer institutions
