DeHaat - Technology Development Manager

JOB PURPOSE

This is a techno commercial role including product identification and stewardship, to develop intelligence to pitch products and demand generation activities. This position collaborates with cross-functional teams for product demonstrations, gathers market insights, supports content creation, and liaises with government officials and agricultural universities to oversee trial execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design protocols for new product trials, including geography-wise planning. Conduct performance evaluations of products with detailed analysis and report preparation.

- Plan and execute product demonstrations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

- Conduct training programs and webinars to build the capability of ground staff in the state.

- Gather market insights related to cropping patterns, new technologies, and pest & disease incidence. Support the content creation team and business planning based on collected insights.

- Connect with Government officials and State Agricultural Universities for lessoning. Oversee the execution of university trials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
